· Delivery times subject to weather and traffic conditions and or acts of God and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
· Services guaranteed for only the cost of the delivery.
· Shipments insured for $2.00 per pound to a maximum liability of $50.00.
· Customer notification of any billing errors must be made within 30 days of the Statement/Remittance date.
After 30 days, the Statement/Remittance will be considered accurate.
· Visa and MasterCard customers please be informed that all balances due will be processed within 5 working days from Statement/Remittance date.
· eeko couriers are not licensed and/or certified handling Dangerous Goods.
· Waiting time is calculated at $3.00 per 5 minutes after 5 minutes.
· Cubing limitations and bulky package sizes apply. Please contact eeko couriers for details.
· Total delivery weight is not to exceed 70 pounds.
· eeko Couriers will not accept any documents for delivery related to a tender without permission from the Management of eeko.
. Once approved, tenders must be on a Direct service only.
· Rates and Services subject to change without notice.
· No liability shall be recognized by the carrier due to improper packaging or improper labeling of shipments.
· Only cash, company cheque, VISA or MC will be accepted for non-account holders. Non account holders payment is due at time of pick-up.
· Shipments labelled fragile will be billed at 1.5x of a regular delivery charge.
· Accounts due and payable net 15 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Two percent (2%) interest charged on overdue accounts.
· This carrier will not accept COD trips unless authorized by the management of eeko.
· The zone rate from incorrect zone to correct zone will be charged at the same service level as the original order for goods shipped with an
incorrect address.
· A service fee will be charged when a pickup is attempted but not available for pick up upon arrival.
· When a delivery is attempted but not completed due to the unavailability of the consignee, a service fee will be charged for re-attempting delivery.
· Redirect / 2nd attempt is calculated by the distance between the zone location of the courier and the zone in which the delivery is to be made.
· I/We, the undersigned, herby authorize eeko couriers Inc. to charge my/our Credit Card listed below to cover payment due to eeko couriers Inc.
for outstanding charges per the monthly invoices.
· eeko charges will NEVER include fuel surcharges.
. Overtime and weekend deliveries will be billed at 1.75x of regular rate (Only service available on evening an weekends is a Direct service).
. UBC, Horseshoe Bay, and YVR deliveries will incur a $5.00 surcharge.
